How do I know what size to get for my child.

Here at Bobbins we try to make things easier for all our customers.  Please see our "measuring guidelines" link to establish the correct size of product to suit your child.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3-5 working days.  Should there be an unforeseen delay, we will contact you directly by email/phone to advise you of same. 

 What happens if I order the wrong product?

No problem!  Ultimately, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases.  Simply return the  product in its unopened original packaging.  Once received, we will re-issue the correct product straight away (subject to stock).  Please note that you will be charged applicable postage costs for replacement product.
